EmpathyHands Home Care is looking for reliable, compassionate, and qualified caregivers to serve our clients in the California City area. We are looking for experienced Caregivers, CNAs, or Senior Companions for clients in the California City Area. This is our agency's goal.

We are looking for caregivers who have broad experience in Home Care
Ideal candidates will have their own vehicle and a cell phone.
Caregiver, HHA, CNA, or Senior Companion must also speak English and Spanish well; and have a good driving record. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Nursing Assistant/Caregiver who has exceptional time management skills, is familiar with the challenges of working with Seniors, is highly organized, and can work independently. The successful candidate will also have excellent oral and written communication skills and will be responsible for assisting clients with a variety of tasks that include assisting with activities of daily living and documenting care tasks.
These are part-time shifts, so one caregiver may have more than one client assigned to them.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Day shift
Lancaster: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, from 9 am to 1 pm
Palmdale Wednesdays, from 12 midnight to 6 am
California City: Monday, Wednesday, Friday From 10 to 2 pm
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 8 to noon, ( Most speak Spanish )
Manday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
Santa Clarita: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2 pm to 10 pm, and Saturdays and Sundays from 10 to 6 pm
To be considered, you must meet the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 24 months of caregiving experience for performing personal care with emfaces in Dementia Care, - Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and proof of auto insurance (6 months or 1 year)
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Current TB skin test or clear X-ray
- Fingerprint Clearance (Live Scan)
- Motor Vehicle Record/Driving Record
- Three professional and three personal references
Responsibilities will include personal care, light housework, and meal preparation
Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming; incontinence care; laundry; personal hygiene; feeding; and other duties as required.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients,
Assist with patient mobility and transfers
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
